- I love the vegan lifestyle especially the best kept secret: Real plant based food taste the best!! When I sit down for a great vegan meal it is more than eating it is much more analogous to a celebration, even when I'm eating alone at a great Vegan restaurant like Seed in New Orleans, I can't stop smiling, I'm excited to engage with anyone within earshot - sharing the herbivore love. I'm passionate about Vegan food/health and in the two years I've adopted the lifestyle, I dropped 40+ pounds and feel wonderful (and less anxious when things aren't so wonderful!). I also have the best partner in the world and two incredible twin daughters. And our wonderful cat, Clementine. I'm truly blessed I also support and volunteer at a wonderful animal sanctuary that is 30 minutes from my house (very lucky): http://www.chenoamanor.org
