  • Nice setting but mediocre food

We went there in August 2007 for a very late lunch (past 3pm) and I asked for a green salad while my boyfriend had the menu (6.5 soles for a soup, a salad, a main course -choice of 2-, a yogurt and a drink -juice). They have large a la carte menu so there should be something for everyone. They didn't have much broccoli or asparragus left for my salad and ended up bulking it out with steamed spinach and the broccoli was somewhat yellow. No dressing, just a bit of lemon, oil and vinegar on the side. My boyfriend didn't particularly like the meal either. The setting on the other hand is a very nice patio area with 45+ pot plants (we counted :-)) and it's quiet, yet near the main attractions of Arequipa.
