- Living in Peru at the moment, I'm in my mid-twenties and have been a vegetarian for over 2 years, although I do eat meat if it's *really* complicated to avoid it (perhaps once or twice a year). I eat fish on a regular basis. I chose to become vegetarian because I think it's healthier and because I don't really like the taste of meat.
