• Nice veg food, not sure about wine...

My vegan friend and I stopped here for a late lunch and drinks during one of Frederick's "first Saturday" events. The food exceeded our expectations, with all vegan and vegetarian options clearly marked on the menu. We chose the two vegan entree options, the flatbread carmelized onion personal pizza and the falafel wrap with spicy vegenaise, which were both surprisingly delicious and beautifully presented with a side salad. We were disappointed, however, about the difficulty of ordering vegan from the beverage menu: none of the listed drinks were marked as vegan, and the two staff people we asked could not offer any additional information. So we checked at least a dozen of their beverage menu options on Barnivore.com, and could only find one wine that was vegan-friendly. Other than this, the service was good and the atmosphere was very nice as well.
