They have a whole separate allergy menu, with things broken up into vegan/non-dairy/GF options that they can do. My boyfriend and I got the vegan garlic bread (was really good, especially with some balsamic vinegar drizzled on it!) and I ordered the vegan margherita rustica pizza for dinner, and added caramelizes onions. It was fantastic. They make their own vegan mozzarella and it's good, simple and clean. That pizza even won some PETA food award, for good reason!
