• Absolutely disgusted with service and waiting time!!

Do not go unless you want to wait 1hr and 20mins for your food. Absolute joke. They have no value for customers time and how they are feeling. Me and my partner travelled to Nottingham to specifically visit this place as we were in the Nottinghamshire area for work purposes. We did our research and the menu looked good as we are vegan we were looking forward to it but we were severely let down because our food simply did not show up!!!! Firstly when I placed my order, I asked the member of staff if I can pay at the end just in case we wish to order dessert - she said this would be fine but asked for my payment card to be kept behind the bar. I was offended by this because it felt like she didn’t trust that I would pay at the end. But I thought to myself, it’s alright, maybe they do this for everyone, so I let that slip by. We asked and kept being told it’ll arrive soon but it simply never did. We waited up to 1hr 20mins and enough was enough. I demanded my debit card back and we left. They do not deserve my money. That was just pathetic. I’m normally quite nice and never write bad reviews but that is simply embarrassing. It has ruined my day. I’m absolutely fuming. I am simply disgusted. I would give ZERO stars if I could but the lowest this app allows is 2 stars.
