  • Tropical feeling amidst Scotland

Simply a great venue with awesome decor. It's very enjoyable to sojourn amid this jungle almost - there are plenty of plants, including large ones. The vegan food options are overly good and inexpensive and huge! I loved the burger with beans and also the onion rings (try them, then you'll know what I mean). Apart from that I recall that most or even all of their draught beers were vegan, so amazing and so rare as well! On the downside, Paradise Palms can get pretty stuffed with people sometimes, especially the later it gets. Despite the fact that the place isn't small; there is lots of space but it's obviously favoured by many and well-attended. They do have WiFi but it wasn't that great when I used it. On a side note, I think it wouldn't damage their turnover, maybe they could even benefit in doing so. That seems to be a very popular location, and many items from the menu they offer are vegan already, so it wouldn't be a great transposition, but it would set an example.
