Cream Centre, as the name might suggest, is heavily dairy-focused but does have a few vegan possibilities, though vegans and lactose-intolerant diners might need to invest some effort in conversation with the servers to confirm which dishes can be made dairy-free. Note that the focus here is comfort food (almost everything is fried) and there isn't much for health-conscious diners. Quality of service varies from one server to the next, so it's luck of the draw. Prices are a little on the high side considering the average quality, so you're paying a bit of a premium for the mall location.
