• More than a health food store

This is a natural food store that has it all. They have groceries, supplements, herbs, bulk foods, gluten-free foods, body care, coffees and tea, local products along with a deli and juice bar. At the deli they offer a boca burger, a garden burger, a Veggie Roll-up with hummus, cheese, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, onion, zucchini, yellow squash, green peppers, sprouts and dressing. And a Southern Roll-up with Edson's black bean dip, basmati rice, cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion and salsa. They're all priced at $4.95 so you can't go wrong. They have a wonderful smoothie selection. Many are made with yogurt but a few are vegan like the Bikram Recharge with coconut water, banana, mango, electro-c electrolyte powder and shredded coconut. You can also do a mix and match and build your own smoothie. They have fresh vegetable and fruit juices and gourmet coffee. From U.S. 31 in Traverse City, turn south on Garfield Ave. They are on the east side of the street in the Garfield Centre Shopping Mall.
