• Ok, if you need a ramen fix

Support your local small business, come get a ramen fix here if you're in the area. Yes you can ask for the veggie version of dishes but I'm suspect of how veggie the soups are as it's a tiny place with one guy in the back and I found a slice of pork in my soup. I didn't taste any over powering animal stock but it was a bit too salty and oily (which also makes me question the stock as veggie bases aren't usually so oily) I didn't make a fuss and just gave the pork bit to my lunch date but better veggie ramens can be found elsewhere. There could be more veggies and perhaps tofu in it, this had very little as the usual topping is the pork and the veggies are the garnishes that go with it. My soup was pretty much ramen with sprinkles of the toppings and that's it. We left still hungry but it was nice to have a hot affordable ramen meal regardless. Not impressed but I have a soft spot for tiny local joints and hope they do better. Two and a half stars.
