- Loved the desserts, but expensive meal.
We were excited to finally try Gigi’s! Luckily there were no lines 7pm on a Wednesday night. We ordered the croquette and arancini for entree, 2 pizzas (pumpkin special and radicchio), and for dessert the tiramisu and polenta cake. All were tasty, but not our favourite vegan pizza in Sydney (that goes to Anema E Core, Meadowbank). The dessert was the highlight. Along with drinks, this meal cost us $108.80. Quite expensive for what we got, and although enjoyed, not worth the price in our opinion. We did like that all the ingredients were fresh (no mock meat or overly processed vegan cheese), and that it’s all vegan. Friendly staff. Good place for a special occasion, or to bring non vegans, if you don’t mind the price.
