- cauliflower tacos oh my!
We are a vegetarian family with one vegan. This restaurant has a great mix of both! We were pleased with the variety on the menu and most sauces are vegan! The cauliflower tacos were amazing! The cauliflower has a crunchy coating and goes well with the sauce and corn tortilla. I wish we had this restaurant near us in VA. Who knew Phoenix had so many great vegan restaurants? Thanks again Happy Cow for directing us to The Coronado!
