• Great food, good beer!

I submitted this listing and as of this time, it's not totally correct. Yak and Yeti has the buffet for lunch and dinner, but there is a distinct vegan section that you can order from on the menu if you wish to skip the buffet. Yak and Yeti also has a location in Arvada. With most breweries, the beer takes center stage. With Yak and Yeti, it's the food. The food is great. You can order your food to your specifications with regards to spiciness, plus you have a choice of 3 kinds of rice. The beer? It's good, but there are better breweries out there. The Himalayan IPA is very good and complements the food very well. Keep in mind that the vast majority of their customers order the buffet option. I have eaten at the Denver Yak and Yeti twice. The staff seem a little awkward when you order from the menu. It's almost like it happens once in a blue moon. However, don't let that put you off from a great dining experience.
