- Superb!
Charming and rustic all-vegan restaurant located on a kibbutz near the Sea of Galilee (Kinneret). The menu has so much to choose from! There are many appetizers, some of which seem big enough to have as a small meal. Lots of these come with their sourdough rye bread, made on the premises. I had the Siniyeh, lentil "meat" balls in a thick tomato-mushroom gravy served over wild rice and covered with a tahini sauce. This dish was superb, one of the best dishes I've ever had! If it hadn't been an all vegan restaurant, I would have been convinced I was eating meat. The cheesecake was perfect - also one of the best I've had. I can't wait to go back and try some of their other dishes, like the three quiches or the brunch. The bakery offers an array of cakes, cookies, grissini and more, some attractively packaged as gifts.
