Hortus, with Boutique hotel, La Paulowna in same building, managed by the brother of the Hortus manager, is an excellent veggie, fusion style restaurant with an Asian/Indian touch. Also fine for vegans, I think. Good wines and fine beers too. Good selections, fixed menu or a la carta. Located in a nice quarter of the Hague, bus and tram nearby.
