- Outstanding Vegan Po' Boy sandwich for lunch!
Finding restaurants on the coast of Oregon that offer vegan and vegetarian options is surprisingly challenging. That made finding the Alder Bistro via Happy Cow a real treat today. Alder Bistro offers many Vegan and vegetarian options. My wife is vegan and I try to eat vegetarian for most meals. I ordered the Po' Boy sandwich with fried tofu as the protein. It was outstanding! We highly recommend this restaurant on the Oregon coast in Yachats! Bravo Alder Bistro!
