- Conscious business mainstay of Pueblo
These guys have been doing the solar thing since, basically, it was invented. Before the idea of “social entrepreneurship” even had a name. Their beans are tasty, consistent, and available at grocery stores throughout Colorado. Locally sourced bagels, good fruit options, and a pretty good breakfast burrito - albeit a little on the small side. We love the owners, we love the staff, and can’t wait for the record shop to open next door!
