- Nice pizza, friendly staff, long wait
Al Tegamino serves a very nice pizza baked in a rectangular mould, and made with sourdough. You can choose between a regular dough, a wholemeal dough or one made with kamut flour. There are some 4-5 vegan versions, one of which is labelled "vegana". We had this one and another one called "primavera", topped with seasonal vegetables. The ingredients are are fully selected and the quality is more than perceivable. We also ordered farinata, a traditional chickpea flour cake typical from Northwest Italy, which was tasty and not too greasy. They also have some more vegan choices on the menu. The only drawback was the waiting: it took us more than an hour to be served, even though the restaurant was busy but not overcrowded. In short, a nice experience, definitely recommended.
