My go-to items are the vegan po-boy (basically a falafel sandwich), the vegan fried chicken & waffles, and the vegan hot (as in spicy) fried chicken sandwich. They changed up their veg chicken a few years ago when they remodeled the space and the new version seems too mushy inside for me. I think both versions are seitan but the old one had a crispy wonton skin and had a more thoroughly cooked and stringy texture (bring back that recipe!). I recently discovered their tofu scramble and it is really, really good.
