- Tasty, quick, economical, and healthy option in HK
This interesting place is part yoga studio part restaurant/cafeteria. You pay for your meal at reception (it's in a mall, by the way) and take it over to the kitchen and give them your ticket. It's mostly lacto-ovo, but with some careful ordering there are vegan options too. The portions are big and the food inexpensive. I over-ordered but stuffed myself to finish it all, as to waste good food isn't an option! The quinoa salad is good, as is the eggplant in mustard sauce. A reasonable-sized lunch is to order the set menu intended as a "detox" after completing a yoga session. That's brown and other rice, sweet potatoes, some vegetables and assorted fruit. It's not the most cozy place to eat, but I don't think that's the intention. If convenience, price, decent selection, etc. are important for you, you'll be well served here.
