• Elegant vegan nouvelle cuisine

Kaskrut ("Casse-Croute", "snack" in French) is a small and minimalistic French bistro, very elegant and inviting. The dishes are light, delicate and with a fantastic presentation. The food is delicious, super creative, using local and seasonal ingredients, and so beautifully put together that you might not know where to start. The menu is in English and practically half of it is 100% vegan (clearly marked on the menu). There are usually two vegans starters, one vegan main dish, one vegan sandwich and a vegan dessert. The menu is quite limited and there is also an option to have all vegan dishes as "degustation" for around 50 PLN. This might be a good idea as portions are quite small (nouvelle cuisine). They also sell great wine, all French. Perfect to impress someone with delicious and creative vegan food, while also allowing them to choose not-vegan. Finally, a classy vegan dining place in Warsaw :)
