Visiting Lubbock, and I wanted that falafal burger; however when I asked if they still made it, they kind of laughed and said it's been a loooong time. No bother, the lady working the bar was really nice, and she pointed out a "pulled squash bbq" sandwich that she said was vegan. I'm not a bbq fan, but I ordered it and brought it back to my hotel. It's spaghetti squash in a smokey, but not overwhelming sauce. The bun was toasted nicely and the fries that came with it were great! Not a bad choice in a city like this, and the service more than made up for a lack of choices. As to the atmostphere, the place was really empty, and it was "seat yourself." I had trouble finding a menu, until the bartender helped. Portion was large, but it was a little pricey at $15 for the sandwich and a root beer.
