• Vegan Doughnuts and Vegan Ice Cream in TJ!

A friend from TJ told me about this cool new small space off of Ave. Revolucion where items from local artists are sold and vegan artisan food is available. A small cafe which offers coffee, tea, vegan ice cream and vegan doughnuts can be found in the back of this space, and I was excited to try a one of their vegan doughnuts. They only had one type of vegan doughnut, but it was delicious. They also offer vegan ice cream, but I didn't want to eat too many sweets. The space is very chic and comfortable, with one sit-down table and a sofa with a coffee table to relax and enjoy all of the arts and crafts surrounding you. Nierka Artesanal is also one of the vendors inside Bona! Diseño-Arte-Cafe, and they sell a small assortment of vegan foods and a few handicraft items. Veggie Smalls and Bona! seem to be the best hang-out places for vegans in Tijuana. I hope to see more of these types of places opening in TJ.
