Delicious vegan food in Manhattan. There was one non-vegan item on the menu which had honey. Seemed strange and we wondered if it was offered for the benefit of non-vegan diners since it could so easily be made vegan with agave nectar. Coming from an area in California where we have few vegan restaurants, this was a real treat.
