- Typical vegan option
It appears there are maybe two vegan options. The vegan breakfast sandwich is your typical "bread smeared with hummus topped with a bunch of random vegetables" (that's what vegans love, right?!) Sandwich was ok, nothing to get excited about. I also read the last review about the vegan bagel, but when I asked the guy at the counter he was confused. He said they didn't have vegan bagels, but confirmed that they didn't have eggs, butter, or milk. (???) It doesnt appear to be a gift shop anymore either.
