- A Highlight in Sweden / Superb Sandwich!
Based on a recommendation, I ordered a traditional Swedish sandwich made vegan called skargardsrulle. The sandwich was so delicious, and one of the best things I have eaten in Sweden. The sandwich contained a mouth-watering combination potatoes, beets, sauerkraut, some sort of vegan meat, and topped with a creamy sauce. I have added the skargardsrulle sandwich from Vegan Soul Train to my top 10 sandwiches of all-time list. The owner of the truck told me that he would be opening up a vegan sit-down restaurant in the future.
