Whenever I go to one of these places, I always find it disappointing (including abroad!). The service is just the worst. I ordered a drink and cake in this particular location, although they had ran out of pretty much all cake, which is fine, so just opted for just the hot drink. Took about 30 mins to arrive (it wasn’t busy). Same happened at another one of these in central, gave up after about 25 mins of no one taking our order (it wasn’t that busy, either). Basically, I would just avoid. The vegan options aren't that groundbreaking. Go to The Ivy Cafe round the corner (great avo on toast for vegans or veggie breakfast, and about the same price) or Lu-Ma cafe down the road. Updated from previous review on 2018-02-11
