• Great food, awesome atmosphere

The place is very cozy and has a pub-like feel to it. They play good music and the general vibe of the restaurant is great. The staff spoke English very well and they were friendly. The food took a little while to arrive, but it was worth it! We ordered the Keespatzn and the Pfanderl and for drinks we had a "Golden" milk and a ginger lemonade. First, the drinks were both great! The golden milk was hot and spiced, and the gingerade wasn't overly sweet and it was VERY gingery, in a good way. We enjoyed both our entrees. To my surprise it wasn't very oily or salty at all! That was a huge plus. The soy steak had an especially good outer crispy coating, I would definitely recommend trying that. We also got a chocolate mousse to go, which was rich and delicious. Overall it was a great experience and we would definitely return again if we're ever in Munich.
