- Wish I could rate 5 stars!!
I'm not allowed to rate a restaurant that isn't fully vegetarian 5 stars, but this place is more than vegan-friendly: it has an entire two page vegetarian menu and the staff are so accommodating to make anything vegan. Probably the best option for vegans in Telluride. The food is un-be-lieveable. Get a reservation in advance though because the place is small and fills up quickly
