- Falafel-heavy menu
Firstly, was happy as this place was open earlier than other nearby places on a Sunday for a post-run breakfast. Secondly, there was a designated vegan menu and staff were very good. I found the lighting quite dim. Contrary to the menu listing, the vegan sausage had been discontinued. Falafel was offered as a substitute but I didn't fancy for breakfast. As I mentioned to the waitress (after enquiring about the sausage) I feel the menu could be improved with meat substitutes such as veggie sausage, bacon, tofu (scrambled etc) rather than spinach and red pepper. Could ha e had more beans. I also think the mains could be more imaginative (hot meals rather than falafel wraps and burgers). Wouldn't particularly run here again but good as a back up.
