Olam is in the Nautilus Hotel in Santa Teresa. It's a little bit hard to find because of confusing signs. It's off of the Main Street on another street that appears to be residential. Everything at Olam is vegan or vegetarian, and I was reassured that all vegetarian items could be made vegan. I ordered a juice and a pizza. The juice wasn't a juice- they put kale, lemon, and cucumber in a vitamix with water, blended it, and served it with ice. It was more like a lettuce smoothie. It was a bit disappointing. The vegan pizza (made with cashew cheese) was pretty good, but they cook the crust and throw the toppings on after, so the toppings were all raw. The flavor was decent. I would eat here again.
