I have a well-read copy of 'XXIII World Vegetarian Congress Cookbook' by Freya Dinshah - North American Vegetarian Society, 1975. Enjoying this book very much triggered me to learn more about the US society. In their own unique way the team in Malaga have been spreading vegan information continuously the late 1950s. Nice!
