The food at Border Grill is delicious and flavorful. I also really enjoyed both their alcoholic and non alcoholic drink selection. However, for a vegan the menu is very limited. I got the mushroom mulitas veganized. Luckily the waiter knew what vegan was and was able to veganize the dish without much instruction. I'm not sure what else a vegan would be able to get.
