- As Good As Ever
Mellow Mushrooms are pretty consistent across the country, but for what it's worth, this one is good. Love that they have vegan options, love that they are a chain that knows what vegan is, love that they have tofu-tempeh-vegan cheese. Just a really nice option when you're traveling with veg-resistant people. At this specific location I had excellent service and the standard good food. I usually get a tempeh sub with chips, it's always very filling and satisfying.
