  • Stressful experience, yet decent alternative

I visited Boussi Falafel upon my arrival in Hamburg and I was hungry. The cafe is in a food court in the lower level of a mall. The only accept cash, and they churn folks through with the efficiency of an automobile plant. One gentleman (seemed to be a manager) understood english, and he was able to direct me to the vegan items, which was a falafel plate with hummus, some vegetables and a small beet salad. The food was tasty enough for fast food, however the seating (mall-like) and the lack of patience exhibited by both the employees and the patrons in line made the experience a stressful one. I would go again in a pinch, however it would not be my first choice.
