More About Me
Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
It began with my daughter's life-threatening food allergies (anaphylactic) eleven years ago, and my journey to awareness through information and research opened my eyes to a veganism. It has been a life-altering experience in so many ways.
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
A vegan lifestyle is a road less traveled, and together, we will make this journey a bit easier and more fun! However, this lifestyle can be difficult to maintain without support and information. Thanks to Happy Cow, and to all the members who contribute reviews and listings, I have avoided starvation in my travels across this giant marble.

Juice! Daiya cheese, Plum Bistro's (Seattle) Stumptown pancakes, Mighty-O donuts (Seattle), Read Food Daily sandwiches, BabyCakesNYC pastries and cakes, lentils, avocados and vegan thai.
