- Disappointing
My kids and I made a special trip from the suburbs for dessert. I asked for 1 slice of cake for each kid and they refused to sell it to me. The manager wanted to save the cake on the off chance other customers came in. It was an hour before close and they had one customer dining. I tried to talk to the manger but she was rude and could care less. No customer service. It was mind blowing to me to go to a restaurant, order food and then to be refused service. It was a terrible experience.
