One of my favorite vegan spots in Santiago. Great location, great staff, amazing food! What else could you want? They have a daily set menu with an entree, main course, juice and coffee or tea. Everyday is different, delicious and nutricious. They care for that and for presentation. They have a menu with smoothies, juices, sandwiches, salads, and a lot of other mouth-watering choices. The shop caters for all your vegan needs. The ahuacatl salad, and their lemon pie ar to die for. I love Planta Maestra.
