I am not usually a salad eater, but I have eaten salads here. Literally the only places I'll get salads are here and Jason's Deli. That's how good this place is. Sandwiches are amazing as well. They offer local tempeh. This is one of those places that have a compost bin. Waste is super minimal. The only thing I don't absolutely love are their biscuits. They aren't the fluffy pull apart layered biscuits, but the kind of compressed, greasy ones. This lends to better biscuits and gravy, but not so much soysage biscuits.
