Baums is a small chain that sells vitamins, vegan and vegetarian groceries, and a juice bar. Not 100% vegetarian - they sell organic meat in the freezer section. If you want fresh, made-to-order juices and smoothies, this is the place to go! Totally worth the trip. At the St.John location, ask for Lee. She's a very helpful and knowledgeable employee who is a long-time vegan.
