Very friendly to vegetarians. Variety of fresh veggy juices. Since you can built your own sandwich& smoothies; you'll find what you want. I got a hummus sandwich with a pile of veggies(w/sprouts) as a wrap. Plain & spinach tortillas(Organic) were offered choices. Very satisfied with food &atmosphere. Two comfy couches; several bar stools chairs at a counter& small tables outside. There's WiFi; a computer& Fax avail. Friendly staff. Clean, warmly decorated (in general)including restrooms. A great respite traveling from Taos; Espanola; before Santa Fe. Rated 3 Cows because they do serve meat.
