  • Good place for Ghanaian vegan food

This is a good place to try out vegan versions of Ghanaian food (plus a few other dishes). Most people there were eating the fufu with either groundnut or palm nut soup (the #1 staple food in Ghana, but without any meat sneaked in). They also have things like tofu kebabs (kebabs are also common in Ghana, but usually not vegetarian). Surprisingly fast service, and pretty big portions (fufu is quite filling too--a very heavy elastic and sticky starch made from cassava, yams and/or plantains) and prices are cheap (see menu photo for prices). The only criticism was the okra that was in the palm nut soup was too tough (but maybe they just used it to thicken the soup, not specifically to eat).
