I had read about this place on happycow, and here's my Go Raw Cafe Lake East review. This Go Raw location has a very casual cafe feel, and you can sit inside or outside by the lake in the middle of the desert that is Vegas. It's a nice get-away from the main strip (westward). The raw food dishes are very good, tasty. There's a selection of books for sale. Worth the trip out.
