- Tasty and interesting food.
Minh Hien has a lovely atmosphere - light, breezy, with an amazing collection of graphic novels (in Vietnamese). The highlight for us was the stuffed tofu with tamarind, wrapped in banana leaf. Great flavours, and really interesting preparation and presentation. All washed down with a few glasses of Fresh Beer (at 3000VND) makes for a great meal.
