Came to NC to visit friends & family. Found Rosetta's on Happy Cow AND had it recommended to us from a friend in Durham (not even close to the restaurant but he stops here when he's in Asheville.) We stopped by on our way back to MI and LOVED IT!! We had the family platter, tempeh reuben & mac & cheese. The mac & cheese was bland, but my 2 1/2 year old devoured it. My 3 1/2 year old added chipotle ketchup to it then he ate it. The peanut butter tofu, kale, mashed potatoes & tempeh reuben were all spectacular. I would love to have one of these in Michigan! We also loved the atmosphere. I was impressed at the condiment selection (especially the shaker of nutritional yeast!)
