Absolutely 5 Cows!! No trip to Gainsville is complete without a stop at Sakara. If u truly want to experience vegan heaven, get a vegan cupcake from Sakara and take it to Radical Press coffee shop. Eat it with a latte or iced drink from Radical Press while enjoying great conversation with their staff or losing yourself in a good book. Sakara ships cupcakes now! They have vegan, gluten free & sugar free selections. Open 2pm-9pm Sun, Mon & Tues and 2pm-11pm Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat.
