Nebos has fine attention to detail when it comes to design and ambience, and a salubrious approach to menu design. Service was courteous and attentive. The only thing I missed was distinctive flavor: My raw pizza was made from quality ingredients and had good texture, but there was not much happening for the taste buds. Most raw pizzas I've had elsewhere manage to dazzle the tongue with some twang and zest, but this one was so mild that it seemed almost flavorless. For people who prefer very mild and simple food, this might be a good thing, but personally it was not something I'd come back for. Perhaps there are more exciting items on the menu. In any case, with its pleasant environment, friendly service, and quality ingredients, Nebos is recommendable for a drink, a snack, or a dessert. Updated from previous review on 2017-08-02
