We arrived around lunch time and we were the the only ones in the restaurant! The food was good and cheap (around 25,000 for many items including Pho) and there were a lot of menu items to choose from. however, the service was average. We tried multiple times to get the attention of the servers but they were often engaged in personal discussion with their backs facing us. Updated from previous review on 2016-07-16
