• Tasty pizza, calzones and pasta

My husband and I recently took at short 5 day trip to Berlin and ended up eating her twice. It is fantastic. There is a huge menu with lots of options for pizza and also for calzones and pasta. The first time we went, I ordered a calzone and he ordered a pizza. We went on a Saturday night and it took probably 2 hours to get our food. The restaurant is self-service in that you order your food at the bar and they bring it out to you, but you pay and take up your plates and all that. They don't come to your table and ask if you need anything. So the ambience wasn't the best, but it was all forgotten when the food came out. The pizza was awesome. The crust was just the right combination of thin and chewy. The calzone was also great and I haven't had a calzone in years. On our last night in Berlin, we decided that we had to go back. It was much less crowded and the food came out much faster. I ordered pasta carbanara and my husband got a pizza. The pasta was great, it was cooked just right and the vegan cream sauce was excellent. As it was a carbonara, there was fake bacon included, but it was really more like fake smoked ham cubes.
