I would definitely give this restaurant an A for effort. It is cute and has a great layout, nice furniture, nice staff. My issue with it it's not a bistro. The menu is extremely limited. I would call it more of cafe if anything. They need to expand the menu by quite a bit to be considered a bistro. I did, however, greatly enjoy my smoothie. Very fresh. And the falafel was also quite tasty. If they would expand the menu, I think they could do well.
